📘 How to Use the Vocabulary Quizzes

When you open a quiz page:

• Select All Words or a subset of 10 (e.g., Words 11–20) to view and study that part.
• You may use checkboxes to further limit the number of selected words you want to include in the quiz.
• When using All Words set, these menu buttons appear:
  • ⇅Order – sort words alphabetically or return to the original order.
  • ⇄Direction – switch the quiz between English → Spanish and Spanish → English.
  • 🖨Print – print the current word list.
  • 📇Flashcards – print flashcards for the selected words.
• All word lists and printable materials are free for personal or classroom use.
• Click the speaker 🔊 icon to hear the pronunciation (browser voice).
• Click the globe 🌐 icon to open Google Translate for the word.
• Click [Begin Quiz] to start testing yourself.

Note about pronunciation: This quiz uses Mexican Spanish for most words. Browsers rely on the voices installed on your device, so pronunciations may sound different (for example, a Spain accent). Choose a voice labeled "Mexican Spanish" in your system or browser to get the best match:

• On iPhone/iPad: Mexican Spanish is built-in (voice: "Paulina").
• On Android: You can enable Mexican Spanish in system language or Google TTS settings.
• On Windows/macOS: You may need to install a Mexican Spanish voice in your system’s speech settings.
